1. Stressors Writing Assignment-
Identify three stressors in your life. Explain why these stressors cause you stress and how you usually handle the stress. Explain how you could manage your stress better.
2. Stress Management Therapeutic Writing-
Choose 1 writing prompt and complete one page of writing:
Write a letter to someone you wish you could talk to but can't
Write a letter to yoursef, saying the things you think you need to hear
Write a script between you and anyone else you'd like to talk to, imagining what the person might say when you tell them what is on your mind.
Write an account of your day, focusing on what is bothering you or causing you stress and explore why it is an issue and what you might do to cope with it better.
Write a poem expressing your feelings
Write a story in which one of the characters expresses your feelings
