Goal Setting Project

The goal setting project will start on Monday, November 15 and will end on Monday, December 6, 2010. The project consists of three parts.

Part 1: Personal Evaluation and Goal

Complete the worksheets and create a healthy eating/fitness goal. You will work to accomplish this goal over the next three weeks (November 15- December 3). Make sure your goal is very specific. This is due on November 15, 2010.

Part 2: Tracking My Progress

Every day, you will log what you have done to reach your goal on the Tracking My Progress worksheet. I will be checking this worksheet once a week (counts as a quiz), so make sure you bring this worksheet to class every day. This worksheet is due on December 3, 2010.

Part 3: Assessment

You will answer a few questions at the end of the three weeks an will assess how you did in accomplishing your goal. The evaluation is due on December 6, 2010.
