Goal Setting Project Assessment

The final part of your goal setting project is to assess how you did over the past three weeks in striving to reach your nutrition or fitness goal. In your assessment, answer the following questions:

1. What was your goal?
2. How did you go about reaching your goal?
3. What sort of benefits (physical and/or mental) did you experience over the past three weeks?
4. What were the biggest challenes you faced, and how did you overcome these challenges?
5. Overall, do you feel you were successful in reaching your goal?
6. If you were to do this again, what would you do differently?
